Every year, the readers of the "Solid" newsletter have the opportunity to vote for the top suppliers in the construction industry. Assessments are made using a 5-star system in different categories (production quality, timeliness, service & support, etc.).

Yet again Prangl have held their ground in the "Construction machinery" segment and have established themselves in the top 10. This confirms once again the applied philosophy of enhanced service quality.

We are equipping all our employees (in Austria and in CEE) with Prangl protective masks, just in time for the upcoming cold and flu season. According to the trade publication ”International Cranes” the family business from Austria is among the best crane rental companies in the world. Coming in at 23, Prangl is the only representative from Austria in the top 25. The annual evaluation from the magazine ”Kran & Bühne” shows a similar picture. In the German-speaking regions, Prangl is among the top 6 crane rental corporations.

When it comes to the aerial work platform sector, the situation is equally pleasing. According to ”Kran & Bühne”, which awarded Prangl 8th place, Prangl is also top in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Prangl was also included in the "Access International" magazine's evaluation, ranking 42nd in a worldwide comparison.

The industry journal ”International Rental News” also produces an annual ranking of the biggest rental companies in the world. This takes account of all types of rental businesses. Prangl is included on this list as well. Being no. 38 in the European category Prangl is the only Austrian representative.

The Constantinus Award puts quality consulting from the fields of management consulting, accounting and IT under the spotlight. Prizes are awarded to consulting companies and their customers. Entries can be submitted in several categories. If you make it onto the “Walk of Fame”, this also forms the basis of a nomination for the State Prize for Consulting. XERO Qualitätsmanagement GmbH has been supporting Prangl for many years on various projects. This time they entered the category “Human Resources, Ethics and CSR” and were promptly nominated by a top-class jury of experts.

Under the motto “A strong corporate brand becomes a distinctive employer brand”, we have, together with XERO, launched a completely new, modern and innovative personnel development programme called “BePrangl” in the last two years. It includes exciting new formats for our workforce and focuses on clear structures, forward-looking HR processes and a healthy work-life balance. The heart of the initiative is our education and development campus with a certified team of trainers from our own ranks.

With this set of measures, the management department has made promises to our employees that will be kept under all conditions. Trust, esteem and respect form the foundation for cooperation in our company. Our employer brand “BePrangl” is based on precisely these values.

All of the entrants are assessed using a specially developed system of key performance indicators by the press, PwC Austria and creditor protection association KSV1870. This results in a ranking seen as the “Oscars of Austrian industry”.

Prangl has been represented since the competition began. This time, in the Vienna ranking, the company came in 20th place. The company ranked among the Top 100 in Austria as a whole once again. A total of about 400 companies accepted the ALC challenge.
